Mail problems in Polunsky Unit

There are a lot of complaints about the Polunsky mailroom taking 10 days to deliver mail that should get to the unit in 2-3 days.
I urge you to report the problems, with specifics and dates, to the Mail Systems Coordinator Panel which oversees all Unit mailrooms.
If you (or anyone you know) has a complaint about the nature of slow (or no) mail delivery to Texas death row inmates, you need to fax or mail written complaints to:
